We have a reputation for outstanding leadership, innovation and expertise. Our team use their creativity and talent to invent solutions, meet new demands and offer the most effective products in the industry. You too could be part of our journey!
We’re market leaders in high quality precision machinery and we’re proud to be involved in all areas of the product lifecycle. This means there’s an extensive range of career opportunities including research & development, design, software, manufacturing, installation, service and support.
We’re unique in the industry with three manufacturing facilities around the globe – in New Zealand, Australia and America. We have global expertise and knowledge, but we’re also locally focused. We manufacture machinery in the three countries, as well as having ‘boots on the ground’ service and support staff locally in each country.
We employ over 120 staff globally across New Zealand, Australia and America. Our team is highly skilled, hardworking and dedicated to delivering the best outcomes for our customers. Our success is a result of our people, with our strong collective commitment to bring innovation, fresh ideas and new concepts to deliver high quality products and complete solutions.
We manufacture machinery but we’re all about people and building positive long-lasting relationships. We’re honest, trusted and reliable. We have a natural desire to help and provide the best solution for our customers.
We’re passionate about what we do. We foster strong teams who work together to meet a common goal – we all contribute, we all share in the successes.
We have a friendly, warm and supportive environment. We’re all down to earth and approachable. Integrity is a big one for us. We strive to do the right thing in an honest, fair and responsible way.
We make machines, but it’s our people who are our most important assets. We provide a safe, healthy work environment and everyone has a shared responsibility to keep themselves and their workmates safe.
We’re committed to giving all employees an opportunity to participate and contribute. We want everyone that works here to feel a sense of belonging. We also value and respect a workforce diverse in knowledge, skills, experiences and perspectives.
We don’t sit still. We’re constantly looking for ways to improve. We travel the world to find the latest advancements in engineering and technology and bring it back into our Spida world to add our stamp on it.
We appreciate each and every one of our team. When working with us, you’ll benefit from a number of perks including social events, awards and recognition of service.
