At Spida Machinery, we've always placed a priority on ensuring we can provide a comprehensive service to the countries we manufacture and provide machinery to. For us, this means delivering a consistent and complete offering from initial enquiry, through to manufacturing and installation, and ongoing service and support.
We've worked with customers in America and Canda for a number of years and we're committed to this market and growing long-lasting partnerships with our customers and industry organizations, like we have in New Zealand and Australia.
To further enhance the skillset and knowledge base we already have in America, we're excited to announce that:
- Bevan Lines - CEO
- Eric Cholet - Chief Financial Officer (who joins us from a very successful global career in finance, including tenures in France and Australia)
- Wendy Boyd - Chief Customer Officer and
- Peter Whiteley - Service Manager (coming from Spida Australia) have all made the permanent move to Jacksonville (where our US manufacturing site is located) for the next 4 years.
The expertise, product knowledge and support that Bevan, Eric, Wendy and Peter collectively bring will not only benefit our local team but our customers in America and Canada too. The structure of our company and the advancement of technologies which allow working efficiently across time zones, means this group can continue doing what they do best for all our customers, just primarily from America. The ability to share such senior leadership and direction across our three manufacturing countries is great and testament to all those that make up the Spida family.
