Stud Extruder

Overview

The Stud Extruder is used for the assembly of C, L and U studs along with the nailing of fireblocks to studs.

The Stud Extruder, using configurations sent from the detailer to the computer, allows the operator to manage the process smoothly.

Automation

Studs are progressed through the nailer and automatically nailed at specified nail centres.

Safety

Designed with safety in mind, the Stud Extruder safely stitches the studs together.

Orientation

The Stud Extruder has great accuracy – making sure structurally the right nails are in the right place.

Nail C, L & U stud assemblies, double & triple studs
Information on length and configurations sent from detailer to computer
Operator prompted by touch screen computer, places pre-cut timber in C or L configuration
Studs are progressed through nailer and automatically nailed at specified nail centres
Studs up to 11.8ft long can be nailed
